Any item(s) purchased at CairnsToys.com must be returned directly to us. Please see our Return Policy below for instructions.
Cairns Toys Online Return Policy
- Cairns Toys online purchases can be returned within 30 days. Your item(s) should be returned to our shipping location unopened or in its original condition, along with a copy of the packing slip. Please note however that we do not accept returns on Muppet Whatnots unless damaged or defective.
- A refund for the price of the item(s) — and any applicable taxes — will be issued to the original form of payment used to purchase the item(s). Please note that this also applies to an item(s) received as a gift. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund to the original form of payment they used to make the purchase.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item(s) is being returned because it is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
To return a damaged or defective item(s), please contact our Guest Assistance Team at 1.937.667.7622. You will be provided with pickup instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive your item(s), you will be refunded the price of the item(s), as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used to purchase the item(s). Please note that in order to receive a refund for the shipping costs of the item(s), you must contact our Guest Assistance Team before returning the item(s) to us.
Cairns Toys Recalled Product Return Policy
Nothing is more important than the safety of your children. To that end, we will gladly accept returns for recalled items. Such items must be returned to our Online Return Center. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment, as long as the item(s) is accompanied with your packing slip.
Many of the items sold at CairnsToys.com come with a manufacturer’s warranty. For additional information on manufacturer warranties for specific items, contact the manufacturer directly.
