1. What does the Cairns Toys Privacy Policy cover?

Cairns Toys and CairnsToys.com are brands of Cairns Toys, Inc. (the “Company”, “we” or “us”).

This privacy policy outlines Cairns Toys and CairnsToys.com practices regarding information collected (a) online at CairnsToys.com and any other websites operated by the Company (the “Sites”); and (b) at the Company’s retail stores in the United States (the “Retail Stores”).

2. What information do we collect?

Each time you visit a Site, the web server automatically collects your internet service provider’s address, the web page from which you came, web browser software, and a record of your activity while visiting the site.

8. What is the Company’s children’s privacy policy?

The Sites do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information online from children under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has submitted personally identifiable information online, in contravention of these measures, it will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from its databases and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required by law).
